National in-person pain management groups opening back up

We are happy to announce that the service is now accepting referrals for in-person residential pain management programmes.

The programmes will run over 3 weeks with patients attending Allander House (Gartnavel Royal campus, Glasgow) for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. If any safety restriction measures remain in place at the time of groups re-commencing than these will be adhered to.

Assessment appointments are routinely carried out virtually, using the NHS Scotland Attend Anywhere platform. In-person assessment appointments can be accommodated.

We hope that re-starting in-person groups while continuing to offer virtual programmes will provide wider access to our service and give more choices for people living with chronic pain who would benefit from attending an intensive pain management programme with the SNRPMP.

Health care professionals can make a referral using the referral form located here on the website.
