Attending the Online PMP

During the Programme

The online programme runs over 5 weeks from Monday to Friday 9:30am-12:30pm.

Each day is varied and can be a mixture of

  • group sessions
  • working in a small group
  • individual work
  • practical physical and activity sessions

The programme is delivered by a specialist team including psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a doctor, and a nurse.

There is a maximum of 10 people accepted to each programme.

We do not expect your pain levels to change while attending the programme. The aim of the programme is to help you to develop self management skills to reduce the impact of pain on your life and to live a more fulfilling life with pain.

Video call appointments will be arranged at three and six months following the 5 week programme. We will work with you to find ways of putting the self management skills you learned on the programme into use in your life in a way that is meaningful to you.

More details can be found in the Attending the SNRPMP Information Leaflet

After the programme

You will have the opportunity to access to the Graduates Programme Resources section on the website.

A number of people who have completed a programme have shown an interest in becoming or have become volunteers at the SNRPMP. Further information can be found in the Volunteering with the SNRPMP section of the website.
